How does a project start?
With a free visit to your home. We look at the space, take measurements and talk through what you want, then follow up with a design and a written quote.
Can you manage everything?
Yes. We coordinate the strip-out, plumbing, electrics, plastering, flooring and decorating, so you deal with one team throughout.
Will I get a fixed price?
You receive a clear written quote and programme before any work begins, so you know what is included.
How long will it take?
It depends on the scope. A single bathroom is much quicker than a kitchen and several rooms refurbished together, and your programme will set out the timings.
Can I stay at home during the work?
Often you can, depending on the project. We will talk through the options and how to keep disruption down at the home visit.
